Cementex High Voltage Ratchet Wrench is tested to 10,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. For use with 3/8" drive sockets, this insulated ratchet wrench is reversible, has a lever control and features an audible click and feel impulse.

It measures 7-1/4" in length and is high-visibility ORANGE in color.
